7. ON BENCH PROCEDURES:
A. OIL TANK REMOVAL AND RE-FITMENT
Removal:
After unscrewing the OIL TANK CAP and
empty the hydraulic oil from the OTK in a
canister.
Unscrew and remove the two SCREWs
M6x20 fixing OTK under PWU body.
Unscrew and remove the SCREW M6x20
fixing OTK on PWU body.
Unscrew and remove the STUD M8-M6 &
WASHER located on the Valve block body.
With the Hydraulic System upright to avoid oil
draining from PWU, Pull the OTK in vertical
direction by hand.
Remove the OTK O-ring that normally
remains on its seat on PWU, and assemble it
in the original position on the OTK, if the tank
is reused.
INSTALLATION:
Insert the OTK outlet port inside the PWU
inlet port by moving it vertically towards the
mating surface.
When the OTK O-ring comes in contact with
the PWU seat, push it slowly with appropriate
the assembly.
