INSPECTION

1. Check the concentric slave cylinder for any fluid

leakage.

2. Check the concentric slave cylinder mating

surface for wear or any crack on the concentric

cylinder.

3. Clean the transmission input shaft and ensure

that there is no damage or excessive wear on

shaft seal area.

FITMENT

For fitment follow the reverse procedure of

removal.

NOTE

Uniformly Hand tighten all bolts so that CSC

does not move freely and then finally tighten

them to 1.2 ± 0.18 kg-m

In case of any defect or excessive wear of

concentric slave cylinder parts, it is

recommended to replace the CSC assembly

completely.

Bleed the system only after complete

installation of hydraulic system and assembly

of clutch and flywheel.

Do not mix Concentric Slave Cylinder

mounting bolts with other fasteners. Do not

use longer or shorter screws. Longer screws

may not tighten the Concentric Slave Cylinder

at all. Shorter screws will not provide enough

threads to achieve desired tightening.
