A. CLUTCH PEDAL ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

1. Disconnect battery connection.

2. Pry out the lower cover

(1)

of steering column.

3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the

clutch switch

.

4. Remove the circlip from the pedal pin

(1)

,

pressing the clutch pedal downwards remove

the stay rod from the pedal pin and then

remove the stay rod

(2)

with assistance spring

(3)

and pivot pin from the mounting bracket.

5. Remove the spit pin

(1)

and free the clutch

pedal from the clutch master cylinder by

removing the clevis pin

(2)

.

6. Remove the clutch pedal return spring which is

mounted on clutch return spring mounting

bracket.

7. Remove the clutch sensor.

8. Setting of gap to be checked after fitment.
