1.8 Engine Overhauling :
(On Overhaul Stand)
1. After removing the engine assembly from the
vehicle, keep that engine on engine support
stand.
2. Loosen the AC belt tension.
3. Remove the belt from pulleys.
4. Remove AC Compressor.
5. Remove Alternator.
6. Remove alternator and AC compressor
mounting bracket with AC belt tensioner.
7. Remove the Engine mounting arm LH.
8. Remove Exhaust manifold stiffner assembly.
