8.8.11 REAR WASHER NOZZLE

LOCATION:

It is fitted on the outer tailgate spoiler.

REMOVAL

1. Remove the tail gate spoiler.

2. Disconnect the washer hose from the rear

nozzle.

3. Pry out the nozzle from out side the tail gate.

NOZZLE SETTING:

1. Check the water jet spot on the tailgate glass if

it is on glass as shown in the below fig then OK.

2. If spot of the jet is not proper then adjust the

nozzle angle manually such that both the jets

should fall on tailgate glass.

REFITMENT:

1. Insert the nozzle into the cutout provided on the

panel tailgate outer.

2. Connect the washer hose from inside of tailgate

panel to nozzle.

3. Fit the high mounted stop lamp mounting

screws.

4. Snap fit the tail gate spoiler.

NOTE:



Rear nozzle should be fitted properly in the

cutout and there should not be any lateral

movement.



Check that there is no damage in the lock area

and no missing lock in the rear nozzle.
