10.6.9 FRONT SEAT MOUNTED SIDE AIRBAG
(IF FITTED)
Removal
1. Disconnect battery and wait for 2 minutes.
2. Unzip the front seat back from rear Side.
3. Unscrew the top & bottom air bag fixing nut
M6 (2 Nos.)
4. Remove the Air Bag module from Seat frame
NOTE: Take out the airbag module gently as
Connector & pigtail should not be stretched
5. Disconnect the connector form Airbag
Module. To remove the connector from Airbag
module, Push the connector knob upward
(towards Airbag) & then pull the connector
down.
Installation
1. Reconnect the side airbag module connector.
NOTE:
Click noise will come after proper
insertion. There is Poka-Yoke in connector
fitment so reverse side fitment not possible
