12.Fix the drain plug.
13.Tighten anti roll bar link nuts from both sides.
14.Mount splash guard.
15.Assemble the Lower arm from both sides.
16.Fix both side steering knuckle connections.
17.Position the wheels and tighten the wheel
mounting bolts from both sides.
18.Install battery tray and battery on the vehicle.
19.Connect all electrical connections.
20.Fill Transaxle oil.
4.1.2.4. TRANSAXLE – OVERHAUL
A. TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY - DISMANTLING
1. Remove TRANSAXLE assembly from the
vehicle using suitable TRANSAXLE support
bracket.
2.
Fit the TRANSAXLE (1a) on the overhaul
stand
(1b) 287458902602 (Rotating Stand)
using
the
tool
(1c)
287058900607(TRANSAXLE Support).
NOTE
Two mechanics are needed for this operation.
3. Unscrew bolt (2a) and remove the odometer
idler gear (2b
4. Unscrew the bolts (3a) and remove the rear
cover (3b).
5. Unscrew the bolts (1a) and remove the gear
selection/engagement
device
mounting
bracket (1b).
