ENGINE 1.3 QUADRAJET (75PS)

INSTALLATION

1. For installation follow the reverse procedure of the

removal.

REAR PIPE REMOVAL

1. Loosen and remove the bolts on the flange

connecting front exhaust pipe to rear pipe and

disconnect the pipes from each other, for fig, refer

step 1 of FRONT PIPE REMOVAL.

2. Disconnect the rubber hangers (1) and remove

the rear pipe from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION

1. For Installation follow the reverse procedure of

Removal.

E. EXHAUST PIPE REMOVAL

NOTE

Conduct the following procedure in Engine COLD

condition, as the exhaust pipe will be HOT and

may cause severe burns if handled in this

condition.

FRONT PIPE REMOVAL :

1. Loosen and remove the bolts (1) on the flange

connecting front exhaust pipe to rear pipe and

disconnect the pipes from each other.

2. Loosen the bolt (1) on the clamp holding the front

exhaust pipe to exhaust outlet from engine and

pull out the front pipe.

3. Disconnect the rubber hangers (1), while holding

the front pipe to remove it completely from vehicle.
