assembled incorrectly due to their similar

constructions are mentioned below

ENGAGING GEARS:

All engaging gear should be free from play.

This engaging gear is having symmetrical shank

on both faces.

This engaging gear is having asymmetrical shank

on its faces. Depth of the shank on the third gear

side is more.

This engaging gear is having symmetrical shank

on both faces.

SYNCHRO CONES:

Synchro cone pack contains outer cone, inner

cone and intermediate cone. There are two types

of synchro cones.

A. Double synchro cone

B. Triple synchro cone

Difference between double and triple synchro

cone.
