REMOVAL OF ENGINE FROM VEHICLE
1. Remove the following components:
l Bonnet (fig. 1)
l Windshield wiper
l Wiper Motor Guard

l Sheet Metal part below wiper motor guard
and rubber beading (fig. 2)
2. Engine guards (3 nos) located below the vehicle
3. Remove Engine Cover
4. Disconnect Electrical Cable Connections For:
l Battery
l ECU
l Alternator
l A/C Compressor
l EGR Modulator
l Oil pressure switch
l Starter Motor
l Reverse Switch
l Vehicle speed sensor
l Crank Sensor
l Sedimenter
5. Drain Coolant from the cooling system (fig. 3)
6. Drain Engine Oil
7. Drain Power steering Oil (From reservoir & P/S
pump)
