III. Removal of Oil Sump

1. Drain the engine oil in oil pan.(In cold

condition)

2. Rotate the engine at 180

0

for removal of oil

sump.

3. Remove the Oil Sump along with the sealant

by using sealant cutting wedge.

4. Remove the Lube Oil Strainer and O-Ring.

IV. Removal of Sensors

1. Remove Cam Phase Angle Sensor.

2. Remove Crank Angle/RPM Sensor from the

Engine Block.

3. Remove Coolant Temperature Sensor.
