19. PROCEDURE FOR REMOVAL / ASSEMBLY

OF SEAT BELT

REMOVAL

1. Remove screw caps at roof AC (if fitted) cover

trims; remove all 10 screws of cover trim. (5

screws for each cover trim). Remove LH & RH

cover trims.

2. Remove front & rear door primary rubber moulds.

3. Unscrew upper and lower anchor bolt of seat belt.

4. Remove 'B' pillar upper and lower trims.

5. Remove ELR assembly if required.

ASSEMBLY

1. Insert the wiring harness connectors in 'B' pillar

properly.

2. Clamp ELR assy. in body in the 'B' pillar lower

side opening.

3. Take belt through the lower 'B' pillar slit' fit upper

& lower 'B' pillars trim together on the 'B' pilar.

4. Clamp upper lower anchor bolts.

5. Fit the cover trims with 5 screws LH & RH each.

6. Fit primary rubber moulds.

Note : For vehicles fittedwithAirbags the front seat

belts are of RPLL type.
