2 G-76 GEARBOX WITH BELLEVILLE SPRING

(IF FITTED)

Belleville spring arrangement is fitted near

Overdrive(5

) gear in G76 gearbox fitted on

4DLTC.

This arrangement is fitted between 5/R engaging

gear & over drive gear.

Following are the new parts as shown in figure is

used in this arrangement.

After fitment of 5/rev snap ring, Belleville spring

to be placed on top of snap ring.

Toothed spacer is to be fitted on mainshaft splines

over the bellevile spring.

The orientation of Belleville spring is shown in

figure
