Refer exploded view

Speedometer Speedometer l Ensure proper Speedocable engagement with /
/ Odometer Odometer not Speedometer
working
l Remove Speedocable & ensure that it is healthy by
checking manually.
l Replace speedocable if found faulty.
l Replace Speedometer / Odometer if found faulty
Note: Use right Speedo ratio.
RPM Meter RMP Meter l Fix the connectors properly
not working
l Check the output voltage of alternator
l If no output replace the alternator
l Check continuity to meter
l Replace RPM meter
Note: Ensure correct pulley ratio
Fuel Gauge Fuel gauge l Fix the connector properly.
not working
l Check continuity from Fuel Tank Unit
l Check resistance value of Fuel Tank Unit as shown in the
drawing.
l Replace Fuel Tank Unit if found faulty.
l Check Fuel Gauge by connecting external resistance as
per drawing.
l Replace the fuel gauge if found faulty
Fuel gauge l Replace the fuel gauge.
needle flickering
Temperature Temperature l Fix the connector properly.
Gauge gauge not working l Replace Temperature transducer.
Temp. gauge l Replace temp. gauge.
needle flickering l Replace temp. gauge.
Indicators Indicators not l Fix the connector properly.
working l Fix the Bulb Holder properly
l Replace the bulb.
