nsert timing pin 2654 5890 03 09 in crankcase.

eep crankshaft rotating with spanner 2654 5890 03
02, simultaneously pressing timing pin till it locks
flywheel. Refer figure 20.
L
ift timing pin slightly rotate crankshaft further slightly
and try fitting timing pin again.
A
t this position it should be possible to lock camshaft
gear with timing bolt 2654 5890 05 02. Refer figure21.
This will ensure compression TDC position of 1 st
piston. If not, turn crankshaft through one more turn.

ock fuel injection pump gear with timing bolt, 2654
5890 05 02. Refer figure 22.

oosen mounting bolt and nut of belt tensioner roller
assembly. Refer figure 23.
