REAR AXLE
Torque driving bar of track lock tool to collapse the
Belleville plates.
Remove both pinion mate spherical washer.
Use a shim stock of 0.76 mm thickness or an
equivalent tool to push out the spherical washers.

Relieve the tension of the Belleville plates by
loosening the driving bar.
Suitably rotate the pinion mate gears and take them
out.

Hold top clutch pack with one hand remove special
tools.
Remove top side gear and clutch pack.

Note:
Keep the pack of plates and discs intact in
exactly the same position.
Remove the case from the axle shaft. Turn case
with the ring gear side up and Remove step plate,
side gear and clutch pack.

Remove the retainer clip and allow separation of
the plates and discs.
