NOTE

Make sure that marking 3-3 on teeth of camshaft

gear engage with crankshaft gear tooth having

mark 1 Fig. 18, 19.

5 Tighten camshaft bolt to specified torque using,

adapter 2610 5890 03 04 Installing the oil slinger

on the crankshaft fig. 19.

6 Install timing housing cover after Fit new gasket if

necessary.

7 Install noise dampaning cover.

8 Install pulley on crankshaft.

9 Install vacuumpump.

10 Install oil pump.

11 Install oil sump. Fit new gasket if required.

12 Install valve tappets and push rods.

13 Install push rod chamber cover. Fit new gasket if

required.

14 Install HP pump with correct matching of tooth.

15 Install rocker arm assemblies with shafts.

16 Adjust valve clearance in cold condition.

17 Install cylinder head cover and air intake system.
