Cylinder Head Cover
Before removal of cylinder head cover, remove
the following parts for accessibility to head cover
cap nuts
:
Allow the engine to cool down to room
temperature.
l
Remove the bonnet.
l
Remove wiper motor cover behind bonnet
(fig. 1).
l
Remove wind shield wipers, linkages, wiper motor.
l
Unscrew the bolts of the sheet metal cover
under the wiper motor cover.
l
Remove the cover (fig. 2).
Cylinder Head Cover Removal
: -

Loosen the hose clips securing the hose from
air intake system (Intercooler to air intake
elbow and pull out the hose connecting pipe
to air intake elbow (fig. 3).
