ENGINE COVER

Purpose

For aesthetics, engine noise suppression and safety

from rotating / moving components like power

steering pulley, water pump pulley and belts etc.

Noise Reduction Covers

Engine Cover with foam.

Precaution

Do not remove the engine cover while engine is

running.

Mounting location

Cover mounted with the help of 4 brackets which are

mounted on the engine.

Cover Removal

1. Open the bonnet.

2. Unscrew the 4 nos. of M6 bolts used for cover

mounting.

3. Lift the cover.

Cover Fitment

1. Align the cover holes to the holes of the cover

mounting brackets.

2. Insert the M6 bolts in the holes one by one and

hand tighten the bolts.

3. Tighten the bolts with tubular spanner.

Precaution

Do not over tighten the bolts as it may crack the

plastic cover.
