REMOVAL OF ENGINE FROM VEHICLE

1. Remove the following components:

l

Bonnet (fig. 1)

l

Windshield wiper

l

Wiper Motor Guard

Fig. 2

l

Sheet Metal part below wiper motor guard

and rubber beading (fig. 2)

2. Engine guards (3 nos) located below the vehicle

3. Remove Engine Cover

Disconnect Electrical Cable Connections For:

l

Battery

l

ECU

l

Alternator

l

A/C Compressor

l

EGR Modulator

l

Oil pressure switch

l

Starter Motor

l

Reverse Switch

l

Vehicle speed sensor

l

Crank Sensor

l

Sedimenter

5. Drain Coolant from the cooling system (fig. 3)

6. Drain Engine Oil

7. Drain Power steering Oil (From reservoir & P/S

pump)
