11. DIS-ASSEMBLYOF COUNTER SHAFT
Hold counter shaft vertically such that 5th constant
mesh gear is downwards.
Pull out taper roller bearing inner race from shaft with
the help of Puller Pt. no. 2654 5890 26 04. Ref Fig. 56
Remove spacer and circlip.
Reverse the shaft upside down. Pull out taper roller
bearing inner race from shaft with the help of Puller
Pt.No. 2654 5890 26 04
Press out constant mesh 5th and 3rd / 4th gear using
hydraulic press and with proper support.

12. DISASSEMBLY OF REVERSE IDLER GEAR
SHAFT
Remove snap ring.
Take out Reverse Idler gear along with roller ring from
Reverse Idler gear shaft.
Remove other snap ring.
