25.Loosen and remove mounting bolts and take out
both the heat shields of exhaust manifold.
26.Loosen and remove the mounting bolts and take
out exhaust manifold along with its gasket.
27.Loosen and remove mounting bolts and take out
the common rail assembly.
28.Remove the vacuum pump from the cylinder
head.
29.Remove the cylinder head cover assembly.
30.Remove the timing belt
(For removal refer on ve-
hicle repairs.)
NOTE
Use cam shaft locking plate (Part no. 2653 5890
0605) for locking the camshaft gear when the engine
is on stand.
