23. Fit the B mount bracket by tightening the three
M10 bolts to a torque of 3.2 ~ 3.8 Kg m.
17. Screw the filler cap and the insert the breather
cap to it.
18. Tighten the two M8 bolts on the front housing
side to a torque of 2.1 ~ 2.5 Kg –m.
20. Fit the reverse light switch.
19. Install the speed sensor and secure it by
tightening the M6 bolt to a torque of 1.1 kgm
such that there is no freemovement of the sensor.
21. Fit the clutch lever mechanism, for procedure refer
CLUTCH LEVERMECHANISM – REMOVAL.
22. Fit the cable anchoring bracket by tightening the
three M8 bolts to a torque of 2.1 ~ 2.5 Kgm.
