Important Notes:

1.

Blinking of CKNL / Service Lamp: Severe error. Ignition to be switched off. Vehicle to be taken for diagnosis immediately. (Except for high vehicle speed.)

2.

Continuous glowing of CKNL / Service Lamp: Vehicle to be taken for diagnosis as soon as possible.

3.

When misfire is detected, the CKNL / Service Lamp as well as the high water temperature lamp will start blinking and the buzzer will ON to warn the driver. The vehicle will go in limp mode. In this case the vehicle to be taken for

diagnosis immediately.

4.

The top speed forTata Nano is 105 Km/Hr.Attempt of exceeding the speed beyond 105 Km/Hr will blink the CKNL / Service Lamp, High water temperature lamp and the buzzer ON.The vehicle speed will be limited to 105 Km/Hr.

It is recommended not to drive the vehicle at top speed.

If the Engine CoolantTemperature goes above 114 Degree C, the High water temperature lamp will start blinking & buzzer will turn ON. In this case the vehicle to be taken for diagnosis immediately.

DRIVING CYCLE FLC-A DRIVING CYCLE consists of engine start up Driving mode where malfunction is detcted if present and engine shut off.

WARM UP CYCLE- A WARM UP CYCLE means sufficient vehicle opearation such that the coolant temperature as risen by atleast 22 deg. Of engine starting and reach at least a temperature of 70 deg.

HEALING CYCLE- A HEALING CYCLE consists of engine start up Driving mode where malfunction is tested ok and engine shut off.
