10. Recover the refrigerant down at atmospheric
pressure using refrigerant recover unit.
11. Open Auxiliary Tank Cap.
CAUTION
Do not remove the coolant reservoir cap while
the engine cooling system is still hot. It may
spray out hot coolant and steam causing
severe burns.
Place a suitable container below the radiator drain
plug to collect the drained coolant.
12. Remove drain plug located at radiator bottom
and drain the coolant.
NOTE
Drain the coolant completely in the container.
Dispose it properly in an environmental friendly
manner. Do not reuse the drained coolant
.
13. Remove the bolt of high side refrigerant hose
connection and disconnect the condenser.
14. Remove the bolt of low side refrigerant hose
connection and disconnect the condenser.
