15.Remove four mounting bolts of cross beam

member. (Two on each side)

16.Disconnect all electrical connectors of wiring

harness and take out HVAC unit along with

dashboard.

17. Remove two bolts securing HVAC unit to the

dashboard and separate HVAC unit from

dashboard.

NOTE:

As soon as the refrigerant lines disconnected, cap

the opened fittings so that moisture and dust do not

enter into the system.

13.Disconnect heater lines.

NOTE:

As soon as the heater lines disconnected, cap the

opened fittings so that moisture and dust do not enter

into the system.

14.Remove two mounting nuts (located inside hood

area) of HVAC unit.
