2. Also adjust door striker screws so as to align the

door with the body.

NOTE :

After setting procedure, ensure that there is uniform

gap between door and body and also, door opens

and closes properly.

Installation

1. Align the door on to the hinges and tighten four

mounting bolts to specified torque.

TIGHTENING TORQUE FORDOORMOUNTING

BOLTS = 2.5 Kg-m

2. Connect the electrical connector.

REAR DOOR ASSEMBLY

Removal

1. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove four

bolts securing door to the body. Lift the door

vertically and take it out.

DOOR SETTING PROCEDURE

After installation of door assembly, it may require to

perform a door setting procedure for proper alignment.

1. Adjust the bolts so as to align door with the body.
