FRONT DOOR WINDOW GLASS

Removal

1. Lift the door window glass in upper most position.

2. Remove door pad. (Refer front door pad removal

procedure).

3. Remove door plastic membrane.

NOTE :

Adjust the window glass such that two screws securing

window glass to glass clip can be accessible.

3. Remove two screws securing window glass to the

window winding mechanism and take out window

glass carefully.

2. Pry out the lock ring and remove window winding

handle.

Installation

1. Replace the damaged grommets.

2. Align the door pad on door pad grommet holes.

3. Press the door pad such that all grommets seat

properly.

For Luxury version

4. Tighten the screw of door inner handle and door

cup.

For Deluxe and Standard Version

4. Tighten the screws of door pull handle and door

inner handle

5. Fix the lock ring and fit window winding handle.

6. Tighten the screws of door pull handle and door

inner handle.

3. Pry out the door pad with the help of plastic wedge.

(Part. No. 2871 5890 40 02) and pull out door pad.
