Wiper motor mounting bolt (M6)

Washer tank mounting bolt (M6) 0.86 to 1.05

REMOVAL & REFITMENT OF FRONTWIPER

REMOVAL

1. Pull out wiper arm cap head and remove front wiper

arm and blade assembly by removing the wiper arm

mounting nut.

2. Pull out wiper blade (in the arrow direction) from

wiper arm.

INSPECTION

1. Inspect wiper rubber for any cut. If found, replace

the wiper blade assembly.

REFITMENT

1. Fit wiper blade assembly in to wiper arm.

2. Tighten wiper armmounting nut.

CAUTION:

Care should be taken while fixing wiper

blade in to wiper armas, a small mistake can cause

damage to windshield Glass.
