SERVICE DETAILS FOR STARTER MOTOR
1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The COMSTAR and LTVS Starter Motors are 4-Pole Permanent Magnet Epicyclic Gear Reduction Starter.
3. CUSTOMER FITMENT
•
The Starter is flange mounted location for maintaining the Pinion-Ring Gear centre distance with two mounting
hole.
•
Starter being earth return system, ensure proper earthing of flange mounting and keep the fixing bolt properly
tightened.
•
The battery terminal is M8 x 1.25 and solenoid terminal is M5 x 0.8.
