4) De-solder the stator leads from the Rectifier

assembly at 3 points.

11. DISMANTLING

Before dismantling the parts, note down the position

of various parts, in order to ensure their proper

replacement on reassembly.

Follow the step by step procedure mentioned

below :

1) Remove the Rear Cover, by gently de- engaging its

SRE Bracket using a small screw driver.

2) Unscrew 3 nos, M4 screw from the Regular cum

Brush Box assembly.

3) Remove the regulator cum Brush Box assembly

and separate the Brush Cover.
