CAUTION :

Ensure that tripod with flat facing upwards and chamfer

side towards bar shaft as tripod can be inserted in

both ways.

6. Fix the circlip (3) and insert the tripod rollers (5).

7. Fill the grease and insert the spring (2) into tulip

joint.

NOTE :

1. The quantity of grease to be filled inside the joints

should be as per specified in kit (75g per joint).

Do not apply any local grease instead always use

recommended type provided with the kit.

2. The grease life is such that it doesn’t need any

maintenance unless the boot is cut or any external

leakage due to damage parts.

CAUTION :

Do not forget to insert spring inside the joint and make

sure the spring aligns correctly with the groove of the

joint.
