FITMENT OF CNG RECEPTACLE VALVE (On
vehicle):
 For fitment procedure follow the Reverse
procedure of ‘Removal’
 Ensure fitment of receptacle cap on receptacle.
Installation of “O” Ring:
 Open the Filler Valve CAP manually.
 Extract / remove the “O” Ring from the neck of
the filler valve.
 Using Nose pliers extract the circlip.
 Replace Wire Mesh filter with the New wire
Mesh filter.
 Place the circlip using nose pliers.
 Apply siliconic oil (Loxeal 1000) on new O‐ring
before replacing.
NOTE:
 Do not apply tar, paint, grease or any other
material inside the receptacle as this could
impair performance of the Receptacle valve.
 During service always insure the manual shut–
off valve of cylinder valve is closed & the vehicle
is parked in well ventilated area.
