TROUBLE SHOOTING:
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
1 Leakage through Cylinder
valve threads
Over Tightening In case over tightening the valve
threads will be damaged .Change the
valve with a new one and install it as
per given instruction
Teflon tape is not properly
wrapped
Unwrap the Teflon tape and again
wrap a new Teflon tape as per given
instruction .Always check the Cylinder
valve and Cylinder threads at the time
of installation of new valve.
2 In case of activation of PRD
devices
Due to high pressure or
temperature.
Change the Cylinder valve and do not
attempt to re-use the same valve.
3 If Cylinder valve is not
working
Current is not flowing in
solenoid coil.
Check all the connections with the
help of multimeter and if any
connection is loose then connect it.
Current is not flowing in
solenoid coil.
Change the solenoid coil as per
instruction given in maintenance
procedure.
4 If gas is not coming from
Cylinder.
Excess flow device is
activated due to the
pressure difference
1. Close the Cylinder valve and wait
for 15-20 Mins
2. Open the knob of cylinder valve
slowly.
