5. Assemble the clutch release lever (1) on the
clutch release shaft splines and push it axially
till stopper is reached insert the bolt (2) into
clutch lever hole, fit nut (3) with it and tighten
the bolt as per specified torque. (23 Nm).
6. Assemble the clutch lever interface with clutch
release lever.
7. Make proper routing of wiring harness clamp
and connect the ‘Transmission Input Speed
Sensor’ female connector carefully.
NOTE
Do not forget to secure the female connector
using the clip provided for the purpose.
8. Connect the ‘Transmission Control Unit’ (TCU)
and ‘Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) ' wiring
harness connectors carefully.
9. Clamp the cylinder head vaccum hose using
plier properly.
