ENGINE 273 MPFI
•
Remove cam shaft gear from cam shaft.
•
Remove rear timing cover by unscrewing the
hexagonal mounting bolts.
•
Unscrew the hexagonal mounting bolts of water
& oil pump housing using socket spanner.
•
Unscrew the hexagonal mounting bolt of dipstick
bracket.
•
Take out the water & oil pump housing along with
dipstick tube & bracket.
•
Inspect the assembly for damage or leakage. If
found faulty, replace the whole water & oil pump
assembly.
