1. Open circuit failure of
CAN High line at IPC wiring
harness connector.
2. Open circuit failure of
CAN low line at IPC wiring
harness connector.
3. Open CAN High or Low
line terminal back out at IPC
wiring harness connector.
1. Check resistance
between CAN H and
CAN L line at OBD
connector.
2. If measured resistance
is in the range 11 to
130ohm, then either IPC
or ECM CAN lines are
not connected properly in
vehicle.
3. Repair the wiring
harness.
