BRAKE SYSTEM

493

BRAKES

SCHEMATIC OF BRAKE HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

a.) Non VacuumBooster

Operation:

When the brake pedal is depressed, hydraulic pressure

is developed in TandemMaster Cylinder (TMC), which

is used to actuate the brake drum assembly (two in

front and two in rear).

The brake pipes are connected from TMC to each

wheel cylinder. They make two independent circuits.

The primary circuit connects rear left and rear right

brakes through a 3-way connector whereas the

secondary circuit connects the front right and front

left brakes.
