2.3 Ensure that the brake hose is tightened fully;
loose brake hose will give noise.
2.4 Ensure the correct torque on the two bolts of
strut mounting bracket is correct: 6.5 - 6.7 kg-m
It may be noisy if there is any play in the bolts
due to incorrect torque.
2.5 Ensure that the spring end is sitting securely on
the spring seat at the correct place (as shown in
figure 6) If not, noise will be heard.
2.6 Ensure that strut upper mounting fastener torque
is correct: 2.3 - 2.5 kg-m, if loose there will be
noise.
2.7 Ensure that rear shock absorber mounting
fastener torque is correct: 4 kg-m, if loose, there
will be a distinct noise.
