Connect the clamp between filler, breather hose
pipe & middle metal pipe as shown in fig.
•
Assemble fuel tank on the vehicle. Tighten the fuel
tank mounting screw to tightening torque of 2.2
kgm.
•
Connect the three fuel lines of fuel module i.e. Fuel
feed Line, Fuel return Line, Fuel vapour line as
shown in fig.
•
Connect electrical connector of fuel module.
Assembly:
NOTE
Replace fuel module gasket, if found damage.
•
Assemble fuel module to fuel tank. Tighten the fuel
module mounting bolts to tightening torque 0.3 +
0.1 kgm.
