CONTROL PANEL ASSEMBLY

Removal :

1. Remove instrument cluster (Refer Instrument

cluster removal/Body Electrical)

2. Remove four screws of control panel assembly.

3. Disengage following three Bowden cables from

control panel assembly

(a) Temperature mix cable

(b) Air distribution cable

4. Disconnect the electrical connectors and take out

control panel assembly.

Installation

1. Connect the electrical connectors of control panel

assembly

2. Engage the Bowden cables (Temperature mix

cable, Air distribution cable and Fresh recirculation

cable) with the control panel assembly.

3. Tighten four screws of control panel assembly.

4. Install instrument cluster. (Refer instrument cluster

installation procedure/Body Electrical)
