When replacing IACV, new O-ring seal
& thread locked screws must be
assembled instead of the original one
(Tightening torque 4-5 Nm)

Pintle position can not guaranteed
during the exchange operation, if needed
the pintle position must be set using
specific driver.

1.
Maximum permissible pressure at
mounting flange 20 N/sq.mm.
2.
It should be stored in dry and clean place.
3.
Should be mounted to a plane surface
on the intake manifold, the pressure neck
and the temperature sensor project into the
intake –manifold and are sealed to
atmosphere by an O-ring.
4.
Ensure that the O-ring is not damaged
at assembly, a thin film of oil can be applied
on O-ring before assembly.
5.
Use water proof harness connector for
protection against water ingress.
6.
Admissible bending radius of the cable
up to the first cable mounting point R>50
mm.
1.
In case of removal & reinstallation of the
injector O-Rings must be replaced.
2.
Damage to the sealing surfaces of the
injector must be avoided.
3.
Maximum time of storage is 1 year.
4.
Permissible fuels: Unleaded and leaded
gasoline’s per DIN 51600 and DIN EN 228.
5.
Lubricate both O-rings circumferential
with clean non-silicon motor oil.
6.
Maximum injector temperature in the
vehicle (not operated): +140ºC.
7.
Avoid intrusion of foreign material and
contamination during assembly.
8.
Do not remove the O-ring supporting disk
from the injector.
9.
Do not contaminate the injector, inside
and orifice holes from Lubricating oil.
10.
Maximum 2 deg deviation is allowed
between injector axis and the fuel rail
outlet, respectively to the intake manifold.

. Attention should be paid in particular
to the inlet tube, O-rings, injector spray end
(spray pintel, director plate, protection cap)
and electrical connector.
