Installation

1. Tighten hexagonal nut of lambda sensor to

specified torque.

2. Connect the electrical connector of lambda

sensor.

Ensure the electrical connector is properly locked as

shown

3. Refit rear shelf. (Refer Rear Shelf installation

procedure/Body Group)

Exhaust manifold with catalytic converter

Removal

1. Disconnect the electrical connector of lambda

sensor.

2. Remove silencer assembly. (Refer silencer

assembly removal procedure)

3. Remove mounting nuts of exhaust manifold

assembly and take out exhaust manifold assembly

along with catalytic converter.

Installation

1. Align and tighten four nuts of exhaust manifold

assembly to specified torque (engine side)

2. Install silencer assembly. (Refer silencer assembly

installation procedure)

3. Connect the electrical connector of lambda

sensor.

4. After Installation, start the engine & check each

joint of exhaust system for leakage.

NOTE :

1. Assemble cold end and hot end by fastening at

flange location.

2. Ensure that adjustment in catalytic converter

support mounting bracket is done before

tightening the fasteners.

3. There should not be any pretension of hot end
