•

Now take out the AC belt.

•

Loosen themounting bolt of tensioner roller & rotate

the belt tensioner using allen key to release the

belt tension. Then remove the belt & take out the

tensioner assembly.

•

Unscrew hexagonal mounting bolts of front timing

cover.

•

Remove bottom timing cover by unscrewing the

two hexagonal mounting bolts.

•

Declamp the rubber hose between water pump &

cylinder head nipple at water pump end or cab heater

pipe as the case may be.

•

Declamp the rubber hose between water pump &

radiator.

•

Remove the damper pulley
