41.Assemble HP
42.pump gear and touch idler.
43.Fit the timing belt.
(For procedure refer timing belt
fitment process),
adjust the belt tension
and
fit the
front cover.
44.Assemble the lubrication pump, water pump as-
sembly, gears, pulley and tensioner
.
45.Re-fit the following components referring their
respective groups for its fitment.
i. Alternator – Refer Electrical Group.
ii. AC Compressor – Refer HVAC Group.
iii. Power Steering Pump – Steering group.
46.Re-fit the Alternator and AC belt and fit the power
steering stretch belt.
NOTE
Fit the new stretch belt.
47.Install all the injectors and mounting claw assem-
blies.
48.Mount the injector claw and tighten the injector
mounting claws to specified torque.
49.Remove the protective caps and assemble the
HP lines between common rail and injectors.
