E. PTC HEATER REMOVAL 1. Disconnect main supply. 2. Remove PTC connector for PDU. 3. Remove floor console panel near driver LH leg. 4. Remove tunnel link. 5. Remove four mounting screw of PTC heater and takeout PTC heater. F. TXV The TXV for HVAC is located on the firewall in the bonnet compartment. REMOVAL 1. Discharge the refrigerant using standard recovering equipment. 2. Loosen and remove nut and disconnect the inlet and outlet lines i.e. high pressure line and low pressure line. 3. Loosen and remove the Allen screws of size-4 and remove the TXV from the HVAC unit. FITMENT Follow the reverse procedure of removal. FATC 63
