INSPECTION When 12.0V supply is given to pin 5 and pin 6, the movement of the actuator should follow the following table. LOCATION 1. Mode Actuator To operate mode flap inside HVAC Box, This Flap change airflow direction inside BOX to get air in different modes. e.g. Face, Foot, Defrost etc 2. TEMPERATURE ACTUATOR To operate heater flap inside HVAC Box, this flap diverts Hot & cold air inside HVAC Box. 3. Fresh / Recirculation Actuator It operates flap inside Fresh air inlet, this flap open/ close path for outside air in to HVAC Box.
