LOWER ARM REAR PIVOT BUSH II. REMOVAL 1. Remove rear pivot bush using special tools. INSTALLATION 1. Install rear pivot bush using special tools. SUBFRAME ASSEMBLY I. 1. Assemble the ball joint assembly to the lower arm. 2. Position the lower arm to the Subframe and tighten its front and rear pivot bush bolts. LCA Fitment on Subframe in ECIE / Preloading condition. 3. Assemble anti roll bar to Subframe. NOTE Load should be applied concentric to the bush axis to avoid improper fitting of bush into the housing. NOTE Apply soap and water to the bush, the inner surface of the tool and the bore of assembly lower link before installation. NOTE Bolt to be tighten in ECIE / Pre-loading condition.
