2. Lift and properly position the twist beam. 3. Gen-3 Installation Procedure: a. It requires specific care for bolt tightening sequence and torque value. b. Sequences of bolt tightening of inner flange into the knuckle / RTB normally carried out as described in view H 2-3 Kg-m. c. Tightening torque value (pre tension) is applied to bolts in sequence of 1-3-2-4. d. Final tightening torque value must be then apply with same sequence. e. Bolt tightening sequence must be followed to avoid abnormal residual face deformation of gen-3 bearing. Apply adhesive thread locker on bearing f. mounting screw before tighten to RTB. 4. Tighten the cross bolt of the twist beam. 5. Fix the brake lines and parking brake cable mounting on the torsion beam. 6. Fix the back plate assembly along with brake shoes and stub axle to the torsion beam. 7. Fit the brake drum. 8. Fix the shock absorber and coil spring to the torsion beam. (Refer the re-fitment of shock absorber and coil springs). 9. Top up the brake fluid and carry out the bleeding of brakes.
