Remove the back plate along with brake shoe 16. assembly (If applicable). Remove the shock absorber lower bolts and 17. coil springs. (Refer removal and refitment of shock absorber and coil springs). Remove the twist beam cross bolt by 18. unscrewing nuts of LH & RH side. Lower the twist beam with proper support 19. stand. Remove twist beam front pivot bush using 20. special tools. ASSEMBLY 1. Install twist beam front pivot bush using special tools. NOTE Apply soap water to the bush and the bore of twist beam assembly before installation. Tightening of RTB on body. No jacking to be done on beam, avoid oil based lubricant while pushing the bushes in eye. SUSPENSION (LR) 42
